Well, It's mundaneday. Fun stuff. I haven't really done much studying yet. I probably should be. But everything just seems so easy.
Our badass mechatronics project doesn't work well. Or much at all. I think we're screwed. Oh well. Hahaha. Not that it has anything to do with our grade. So It's all good. I'm enjoying the buzz obtained from inhaling massive ammounts of solder smoke. Which is probably what led to my next activity this evening;
Remember back in the day when you were like 4, 5 or 6? Who was the biggest badass out there? He-Man. Well, Josh got the Masters of the Universe DVD for his 21st b-day, so yeah, that got watched tonight. It was just as bad as when i saw it in the theatres in '87. Not that i remember much from it then seeing as how i wasn't the infallible, all-knowing movie critic that i am now. It was bad, and predictable, and cliched, yet action-packed. So it was enjoyable, kinda in the same vein as college kids watching the cartoon network. In my honest opinion, i'd have to say that making that movie was a bad idea for the whole He-Man name. I mean, he was created as the male equivalent of barbie, the unattainable ideal, and even though they got Dolf Lundgren(Rocky 4) to play He-Man, he just didn't seem badass enough. It think the movie kinda hurt the whole he-man franchise. At the end of the movie, after the credits, Skeletor(aka. bad guy)'s head rises outo of the goo he died in and he says, "i'll be back". Well it's been like 15 years. That'd be a hell of a sequel. But we all know somewhere in midwestern america, in some dimly lit basement theres some 32 year old who's holed up chained to his computer posting on he man websites, and wearing a ratty masters of the universe shirt, and he's been waiting for 15 years for a sequel. "Cause Skeletor would never lie to me."
And i'm spent.
Currently: I'm trying not to.
